Tonight my friend, Elizabeth, treated me to a decadent dinner at one of my favorite places, the 35th Street Bistro. Yummy! I had a Ginger Mojito which is probably one of the most delicious drinks I've ever tasted, and we ate cheese and salad and french fries and two amazing desserts (a rich flourless chocolate number and a gelato/sorbet assortment). Thank you so much! Then, we went to see Paris Je T'aime at the Seven Gables. The movie is 18 short films by different directors, and they all have to do, in some way, with love in my favorite city (so far). As you can probably imagine, a night out with a close friend, eating delicious foods, AND seeing a movie about Paris was pretty much perfect for me in every way. Some of the vignettes were more simple and classic love stories, many were very unique artistically. All were really good. But, my most favorite was Tom Tykwer's (Run Lola Run) True.
