Oh, have decided that Psychic Lady's advice was actually quite good, even if it has driven me to therapy (well, not yet, the blog is therapy), and I am contemplating sending her a note of thanks. My friend, the one who confirmed that dumb girls are indeed the way to go, suggests I send something along these lines:

PL did say that I need to start approaching my love life with an out-with-the-old-in-with-the-new 'tude, which, admittedly, is a difficult idea for me to embrace, but I guess we do what we must. She seems to think there will be plenty of new showing up on the scene, and to that I say, Goody. Since I'm not willing to dumb myself down for the guys, I figure at least I can have fun railroading them for a while. :)
