Snow!

It's snowy and freezing here in Seattle, so I'm curled up on the couch with hot chocolate watching Someone Like You on TV. I'm also working on some of my Christmas stuff and getting ready for my trip. I have to head out in a bit to run some errands, which is always fun on the icy, not maintained roads of Seattle during bad weather. And, I'm thinking about driving down to Portland in a couple of days for my flight to K Falls with Trav, but I'm trying to stay in the Present Moment and not stress about that too much now. Happy Coldness!

P.S. I did go out and about today, and it wasn't bad, but it is so freakin freezing. It's crazy. I think tonight it is going to be about a hot bubble bath and coziness as I get myself and the house ready for the trip. I was excited on my drive home from Mud Bay this afternoon to hear Kayne West's Gold Digger on the radio. Yeeeeaaah! I hadn't heard that in ages, but Mols and I used to drive around Maui when Trav was a baby listening to the CD. It brought back lots of good memories. Now I'm motoring around the apartment singing, "I ain't sayin she's a gold digger..." and everything that follows.

Thanks to my friends for a fun catch-up session at Brouwer's last night!
